About Dr. Beth Biggee

Integrative Physician and Rheumatologist

Dr. Beth Biggee, has been dedicated to providing exceptional care in the field of Rheumatology since 2004 but in 2021 she expanded her services to focus on Integrative Holistic Medicine and Wellness.

She earned her medical degree from Upstate University Medical School in Syracuse, NY, and completed her residency in Internal Medicine at Yale New Haven Hospital.

Dr. Biggee further specialized in Rheumatology through a fellowship at Tufts in Boston. Demonstrating her commitment to a holistic approach to medicine, she also completed an additional fellowship in Integrative Medicine at the Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine at the University of Arizona.

Dr. Biggee's professional achievements are underscored by her triple board certification. She is board certified in Rheumatology by the American Board of Internal Medicine, board certified in Integrative Medicine by the American Board of Physician Specialties, and holds certification as a Lifestyle Medicine Physician from the American Board of Lifestyle Medicine.

This exceptional combination of certifications sets her apart in the medical field and highlights her commitment to extensive formal training and expertise. She has studied HeartMath, a powerful neurofeedback technique for stress management, Usui Holy Fire Reiki, and holds a Comprehensive Auricular Acupuncture Certificate from the Helms Medical Institute.

She has also completed the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Program at the University of Massachusetts Medical School, Center for Mindfulness in Medicine, Health Care, and Society. Furthermore, Dr. Biggee has actively participated in Ayurveda training at the Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine, further expanding her expertise in this ancient natural medicine system and herbal therapies.
